Please note for collections the loading staff lunch from 12pm to 12.45pm.

Prices
All prices are Ex Nursery and subject to VAT where applicable. Delivery can be arranged at cost usually approx 5-10% of order.

Payment
Nett monthly account less otherwise agreed by us. We may require pro-forma for new customers or cheque or cash on collection We do not have a card machine All goods remain the property of Poplar Nurseries (Wholesale) Ltd until payment in full has been received E.&O.E.

Labelling
Every effort is made by us to ensure trees are labelled true to name, however, Poplar Nurseries (Wholesale) Ltd cannot be responsible for any unfortunate errors.

Orders
Orders are accepted subject to availability and weather conditions.

Inspection
The stock in this catalogue are grown on our 80 acre nursery at Emneth, Nr Wisbech. You are welcome to visit our nursery and have a look around, just call and we can arrange it. Like most other nurseries in this country we operate the UK EEC plant passport system and our trees have been tested accordingly.
The purchaser is responsible for the eventual destination of the plant material.

Complaints
We believe all plants to be in good condition at the time of despatch, therefore, any complaints
or shortages must be made in writing within seven days of delivery.

Plants Received
We ask all customers to unpack and water plants as soon as possible to avoid drying out and over heating

General Data Protection Regulation
The new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) took effect on 25th May 2018. As a business which holds data relating to your company we are legally obliged to inform you of what date we hold.
We hold company information within our system, this information includes:- company name and contacts, company address, contact telephone numbers and email addresses.

All of this information is stored on our internal server located within our office. This information is encrypted and can only be viewed by specific members of staff and is backed up for loss prevention purposes.

We also hold your email address within our internal email system. We use this data to facilitate trading with your company and for general correspondence.
